Patiala is a city in Southeast Punjab. This is the fourth largest city in Punjab. Patiala Fort is situated around Mubarak. This was built by Baba Ala Singh, the chief of Sidhu Jat, who founded the royal dynasty of Patiala state in 1763.

Gurdwara Moti Bagh Sahib is situated in the city of Patiala. When Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur started his journey towards Delhi, he came here through Kiratpur Sahib, Bharatgarh Sahib, Roop Makar, Kabulpur etc.

That day Guru Sahib used to concentrate inside the fort (fort) and came here at night. From there Guru Sahib went to the luggage, Guru Sahib was resting in this place for some time. Shri Kali Devi Mandir = This temple was built by the Sikh ruler of Patiala state, Maharaja Bhupinder Singh, who founded the temple building in his capital and inspected his establishment in 1936. The legend is that the Maharaja built a temple to save the temple from the flood and made an annual sacrifice in the temple. Bhupinder Singh governed the state of Patiala from 1900 to 1938.

Gurdwara Dukh Niwaran Sahib: It is around Patiala bus station. The Guru visited Lehal on 24 January 1672 and was under a banyan tree along the pond. The disease was reduced in the village where Guru Tegh Bahadur was sitting. They started to be known as sadness prevention.

Devotees believe in the treatment properties of water in the Sarwar associated with the temple. It is still believed that any type of disease can be cured by 'Ishan' on 5th Panchami continuously.

Bahadurgarh Fort: Bahadurgarh Fort is 6 km from Patiala city. It is located on the Patiala-Chandigarh road. Bahadurgarh Fort named Maharaja Karam Singh as a tribute to Sikh Guru Tegh Bahadur, this whole fort was completed in eight years. Ten lakhs of rupees were spent on this construction.

It covers an area of 2 km2. The fort is enclosed within two circular walls and a grass. The circumference of the fort is slightly more than two kilometers. On April 13, on the occasion of Baisakhi festival, people visit this gurdwara every Thursday

Qila Mubarak complexKila Mubarak complex stands on 10 acres of land in the heart of the city.
